• GRIB data will be available for ftp from NCEP server initially - OPS server later

• AWIPS SBN plan is to distribute 00-84 hr on a full-domain 88 km resolution grid that will replace current grid #211 distribution

• Lateral boundary conditions for “Threats” runs will now come from operational runs
